| HCL has won new lines of business from UK’s largest water services company. In the year-long partnership, HCL has been able to deliver quantum benefits to the client; HCL’s consultative approach to optimize the client’s customer information management systems resulted in HCL being awarded with new lines of business to include insolvency management, call slips, new property conversion and customer contact management. |

| The Water Utility market is regulated in the UK and there are severe requirements to reduce cost with increased CSAT. HCL perceives the global Utility market in the Customer Management and Billing Systems to be above USD 20 billion. HCL’s three-phase strategy for its ERU practice involves the consolidation of experience to provide business transformation to the client. The current win of new business from an existing client reiterates the success of HCL’s approach to the Utility segment. |

| HCL has won a deal with CA CIB, the third largest bank in Europe, the largest retail bank in France and corporate and Investment Banking arm of Credit Agricole group. |

| The scope of work includes providing end-to-end Emerald Utility Construction services (EUC Services) related to information technology, electric, telecommunication, utility metering and others. HCL will also provide other services including helpdesk, remote desktop, application packaging, imaging, patching, procurement and onsite services for UK & EMEA perimeter. |

| Central Bancshares Improves Processing Efficiency 23% by Automating Commercial Lending with CapitalStream |
|

| HCL Technologies announced that Central Bancshares (Central), a financial services holding company with roughly $2 billion in assets, is realizing significant operational benefits and improved processing efficiency by 23% in a little more than one year after implementing the CapitalStream™ straight through processing (STP) solution. Central has integrated and automated their loan processing from sales, origination, credit analysis and documentation through booking, monitoring and servicing accounts. It took seven months to complete the implementation which achieved the target "go-live" date. |

| Prior to implementing CapitalStream, Central’s processes were manual. The lack of automation provided minimal internal controls, offered no portfolio or pipeline management tools and created redundancy in data entry that lead to inefficiencies and errors from application entry to booking. | HCL AXON has initiated the Internal Partner Satisfaction Survey (IPSAT) – Delivering Excellence through Internal Partnership. This is a yearly survey, aimed to identify how enabling functions within the business have been performing, as well as to understand expectations of a selected group of HCL AXON employees (E5 and above), targeted Admin and Facilities, Human Resources, Resourcing, Recruitment, Finance/PSA and ITS. |

| The outcome of the survey was extremely positive with a 48% response rate showing a company average of 5.17% which represents HCL AXON in a very positive light. |
