Haya Water, a waste water services company based out of Oman has selected HCL & SSL, a local IT provider in Oman to implement Oracle customer care & billing solution for revenue management. The Deal value is $500K.
Prior to implementing the Oracle billing solution, the customer was using an in-house system due to which they were not able to manage and track the customer billings efficiently and suffered revenue leakage. With this solution, the customer will have a better control and eventually will have an efficient revenue management system.

A leading European Fortune 20 Corporate and Investment bank has chosen HCL to upgrade its Filenet Imaging and Workflow systems across 11 countries in the APAC region. The current version of their system was unable to meet the growth in volume of transactions and provide adequate system backup and recovery mechanisms in line with the bank’s requirements. The new version to be installed by HCL will leverage the new features and enable the bank to achieve the growth objectives.

HCL Technologies’ Customers to Share Global Best Practices at Gartner Outsourcing & Vendor Management Summit
HCL Technologies participated as a platinum sponsor at the Gartner Outsourcing & Vendor Management Summit (14-16th Sep, 2110) in Orlando, Florida. HCL sponsored two informational sessions during the summit, led by senior executives from Pearson and Oncor Electric Delivery Company.
HCL sponsored a luncheon session titled "Creating and Driving Business Value Leveraging a Global IT Sourcing Partnership," by Marty Racioppi, Head of Pearson's Technology Sourcing Office.
