HCL Technologies Ltd.-Business Services -Fraudulent appointment letters/job offers

HCL Business Services (BSERV) is aware that unscrupulous individuals/recruitment agencies are circulating fictitious employment offers. HCL BSERV wishes to state that the company has never charged money for recruiting candidates nor does the company have an authorized agency or firm for recruiting candidates.

Beware; such fraudulent employment offers may appear legitimate. The offer letters may even feature HCL logo and may claim to represent HCL BSERV or an entity that may carry HCL BSERV in its name. Many of these job offers consist of an alleged offer of employment or contract with HCL BSERV against a payment of fees.

Please note, HCL BSERV has an established process for recruitment in place and does not collect fees from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process. Similarly, we have not appointed any organization / firm / individuals as representatives / agent for recruiting candidates and collect fees on our behalf.

Candidates seeking employment with HCL BSERV are requested to be cautious and wary of organizations / firms / individuals claiming to be our representatives assuring job opportunity at HCL BSERV. Job seekers are requested to:

Beware of job offer received from organizations or individuals claiming to be from HCL BSERV and demanding a fee for job application.
Kindly verify the authenticity of organizations/individuals assuring candidates of providing jobs in reputed companies.
Refrain from paying agencies / individuals who charge for job applications. HCL BSERV does not charge applicants for their candidature.
Refrain from disclosing personal & confidential information, including bank account details without proper verification of the organization or individual.
In case of the slightest suspicion about the source & credentials of such individuals/agencies claiming to be HCL BSERV representatives, it is requested that the matter be reported immediately to HCL BSERV or the local police authorities.
HCL BSERV will take appropriate steps to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Also, be aware of fake email ids. All correspondence from HCL BSERV will be done from an official @hcl.com id.
