Rajagopal Swaminathan
Sr.VP Head Operation - MFG, TTL, ERU & PS

Raj has 25 years of marketing, operations and logistic support experience and heads HCL’s Logistic practice from 2004. Before joining HCL, he worked for 8 years in an electronics distribution company in Spain and handled brands such as Sony, Samsung, and Panasonic. He is a trained Engineer with MBA from IIM Ahmadabad. He was instrumental in winning “DL Shah National Award for Economics of Quality from Quality Council of India for HCL. Presently, Raj is heading global operations of Logistic, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, and Utility & Public services.

Neeraj Tandon
Global Solutions Head

Neeraj has been associated with IT and outsourcing business for the last 20 years. He was a part of the startup team of HCL BPO operations. Prior to taking up his current position as Global Head Solutions & Practice of verticals like logistic, telecom, retail, utility, manufacturing, media publishing & entertainment , he has been the head of business for Europe architecting major wins in the Utility sector and also served a short period as head of Retail business for US. Neeraj is a qualified management graduate from the prestigious IIM (Indian Institute of Management) and holds a bachelors in science and technology from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology).

Kishore Kumar
AVP- Logistic Operations

Kishore is a mechanical engineering graduate having 22 years of blended experience in manufacturing & BPO industries. He has worked in Procurement, Sourcing, Production and Logistics functions and has implemented SAP. He has hands on experience working on BPR projects and he is a trained TOC-Logistics Solution expert. Prior to his stint with Ashok Leyland (Global Commercial Vehicle manufacturer), Kishore spent 5 years with HCL working on various initiatives in the Supply Chain Domain and has substantial experience in working with several Global clients both in Americas & Europe.
Presently at HCL, he is handling the logistic operations of a global 3PL company.

Amit Roy
Practice Head –Logistic, Retail & CPG

Amit has over 16 years of experience in marine logistics operations, retail operations in consumables & petroleum products. In addition, Amit has insightful experiences in process consultation in automotive franchise establishment and water recycling management. He has worked for L&T (Engineering & Marine Division), Wartsila NSD, Tata Power & ExxonMobil.
