Vineet Nayar
Vice Chairman & CEO, – HCL Technologies Ltd.

Vineet Nayar is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCLT), , and author of the book Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down (Harvard Business Press, June 2010).

Vineet joined HCL in 1985 after earning his MBA from one of the leading business management schools in Asia. In 1993, he created the start-up company, Comnet, where he developed and implemented many of the ideas which are core to the Employees First, Customer Second (EFCS) philosophy. In 2005, he became President of HCL Technologies, where, over the next five years, he led a remarkable turnaround. In 2007 Vineet was designated as the company's CEO and subsequently it's Vice Chairman in November 2010.

He is also one of the founding members of the Asia Gender Parity Group and an active member of the Global Gender Parity Group at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Rahul Singh
President, HCL Technologies Ltd. – Business Services

Rahul Singh is President of HCL’s BPO Business Services and is responsible for leading the global business and operations of this division. As head of BPO Business Services Rahul is responsible for the execution of the business growth strategy whilst ensuring operational excellence.

An accomplished leader and a pioneer in creating the BPO industry in India, Rahul Singh has 24 years of rich experience across industry segments such as Outsourcing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Centre Services.

Prior to joining HCL Rahul was the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of TCS eServe International Limited (previously Citigroup Global Services Ltd).

Rahul started his career with Citigroup in 1986 and over the years grew to the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Citigroup Global Services where his contributions towards the growth of the organization were abundant.

Rahul is a mechanical engineer from the Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai; he holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Rahul has also completed a Senior Executive Program from the London Business School, UK.

R. Rangarajan
Senior Vice President and Head – Operations

R. Rangarajan has over 31 years of experience in the IT/ ITeS industry. He currently heads Operations for HCL Technologies Ltd.- BPO Services' delivery centers in India.

Ranga has been associated with HCL's BPO operations since the inception of the BPO arm in 2001. For the past 9 years, Ranga has focused on planning, designing and implementing BPO projects for global clients. He has vast experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution.

With strong IT domain knowledge and extensive functional expertise, Ranga has been responsible for the process migration and delivery of various Fortune 500 clients.

Subrat Chakrawarty
Vice President and Head – Human Resources

Subrat brings with him 17+ years of diverse exposure in Human Resource and Business Management function. During these years Subrat has not only been involved in hardcore HR roles and responsibilities but has also had almost 9 plus years of stint in Process Consulting, Business Analysis, ERP Consulting, Project and Program Management, partnership and GTM strategies on a global landscape of large customers. Subrat has been part of the founding team of the SAP practice in HCL and went on to head the HCM competence across technology platforms.

Gautam Saha
Senior Vice President and Head of Sales – USA

Gautam has been working with HCL since 1995. He is currently responsible for Business Development for USA. He has been part of the HCL's foray into Contact Center practice since 2001 and has successfully developed and grown this business over the last 7 years with leading Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this assignment he was working as General Manager with HCL Infosystems Ltd in India with responsibilities of Profit Center Head for 6 Regions between1995 to 2001.

Gautam has an overall Industry experience of 28 Years in Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology in various functions of Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Project Management and as Profit Center Head. He has expertise in implementing and evolving process and technology solutions to meet Business Process Outsourcing requirements of customers.

Gautam is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and a Management Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. He is based out of HCL's office in Dallas, Texas.

Udayan Guha

Udayan Guha heads the business development function for UK and Europe . He has over 15 years of experience in consulting, business transformation and outsourcing with a focus on financial services. His work experience includes roles at McKinsey, Price Water Coopers amongst others.

Neeraj Tandon

Neeraj has been associated with IT and outsourcing business for the last 20 years. He was a part of the start up team of HCL's BPO operations. Prior to taking up his current positions, Neeraj has been the head of business for Europe architecting major wins in the Utility sector and also served a short period as head of Retail business for US. Neeraj is a qualified management graduate from the prestigious IIM (Indian Institute of Management) and holds Science & Technology bachelors degree from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology).
