RAHUL SINGH
Head, HCL Technologies Ltd. – Business Services
Rahul Singh is President of HCL’s BPO Business Services and is responsible for leading the global business and operations of this division. As head of BPO Business Services Rahul is responsible for the execution of the business growth strategy whilst ensuring operational excellence.
An accomplished leader and a pioneer in creating the BPO industry in India, Rahul Singh has
24 years of rich experience across industry segments such as Outsourcing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Centre Services.
Prior to joining HCL Rahul was the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of TCS eServe International Limited (previously Citigroup Global Services Ltd).
Rahul started his career with Citigroup in 1986 and over the years grew to the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Citigroup Global Services where his contributions towards the growth of the organization were abundant.
Rahul is a mechanical engineer from the Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai; he holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Rahul has also completed a Senior Executive Program from the London Business School, UK.
R. RANGARAJAN
Head - Operations
HCL Technologies Ltd. – BPO Services
R. Rangarajan has over 31 years of experience in the IT/ ITeS industry. He currently heads Operations for HCL Technologies Ltd.- BPO Services’ delivery centers in India.
Ranga has been associated with HCL’s BPO operations since the inception of the BPO arm in 2001. For the past 9 years, Ranga has focused on planning, designing and implementing BPO projects for global clients. He has vast experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution.
With strong IT domain knowledge and extensive functional expertise, Ranga has been responsible for the process migration and delivery of various Fortune 500 clients.
A.P. RAO
Senior Vice President - Human Resources
A.P. Rao has over 23 years experience in Human Relations, Personnel Management, People Development, Talent Acquisition and Administration.
He has considerable exposure to Human Resource Management in IT, in addition to Banking,
Housing Finance, and Cement & Fertilizer Industries. His last assignment was in Birlasoft Ltd as the Global Head – Human Capital Management. He worked in the USA for a few years for another IT Services company.
Designing of HRD systems, including Online Competency based Performance Appraisal System, Budgeting & Manpower Planning, Integration of HR into Business, Organization Restructuring/Refinement are some of his competencies. A P Rao is a postgraduate from a Premier Management Institute for HR, Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur.
VIJAY REDDY
Senior Vice President – Technology, HCL Technologies Ltd. – BPO Services
Vijay Reddy is the Senior Vice President - Technology for HCL Technologies Ltd. – BPO Services. He is responsible for the overall technology functions of the BPO organization.
Vijay has over 25 years of experience across the banking and IT industries. Prior to joining HCL in 2003, Vijay worked at Standard Chartered Bank as the Country IT Manager for India
and ANZ Grindlays Bank in various capacities. Earlier to this, he worked with Zenith Computers.
Vijay played a pivotal role in the development of HCL’s reputed and award-winning IT platform which delivers customers 99.9% service uptime.
Under his guidance and leadership, HCL’s BPO technology infrastructure has emerged as one of its key competitive differentiators, and is the key reason behind the industry recognitions that HCL’s BPO organization continues to win.
HCL won the 2009 CIO “Ingenious 100” Award by CIO-IDG India for the second consecutive time for its IT services platform. HCL also won the Technology Award conducted by the Indiatimes BPO Industry Awards.
 
PAUL DUDDY
HR Director - International Operations
Paul leads the HR function for HCL’s growing International Operation. This encompasses Northern Ireland (2 sites), UK ( HCL Insurance BPO Services Ltd. – 4 sites) & USA (HCL Expense Management Services). Paul joined HCL in January 2004 as Senior HR Manager and was promoted to Head of HR for N.Ireland in 2005 and HR Director -International Operations in October 2008. HCL NI received the prestigious European Contact Centre
Award in 2008 for ‘Best People Practice’ amongst its many People Accolades. Professionally Paul is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Between 1995 and 1999 Paul worked in the Automotive Industry for United Technologies Automotive and also Transtec Automotive, in HR and Training roles. He also spent a period of time lecturing in Psychology at the University of Ulster, Magee.
Paul has worked in BPO for almost 10 years since he joined Stream International in February 1999 as HR Manager. The Call centre grew to 650 employees winning the prestigious European Call Centre of the Year Award. In 2002, Paul became European Learning & Development Manager for Stream and the parent company Solectron, before joining HCL in 2004. Paul represents HCL and the BPO Industry in a number of socio economic forums in N.Ireland, such as the CBI Employment Affairs Committee and the Belfast Workforce Development Forum.
 
ANITA BARNARD
General Manager
Anita is the General Manager with ten years Operational Management experience in the Contact Centre Industry. Over four years’ inbound and outbound telesales experience in Outsourcing and Captive environments. Experience of managing large scale end to end processes for multiple clients, inbound, outbound, e-commerce and offline channels. Managed campaigns for multiple clients including major Telecoms, Television, Insurance accounts.
Anita has worked for HCL for four years in the roles of Operations Manager, Head of Operations, BT Account and Operations Director and is currently the General Manager of HCL’s Northern Ireland Operations. She has been fundamental in the development and growth of the Northern Ireland operation.
Rick Valencia
President & CEO, HCL Expense Management Services
Rick Valencia is the President and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Expense Management Services. He is the visionary behind the company’s drive towards building a global powerhouse in technology enabled services. Rick possesses over 25 years of company building and leadership experience. He is known as an innovator and is one of the early pioneers of the Telecom Expense Management Industry. Prior to joining HCL Expense
Management Services, Rick founded ProfitLine in 1992, serving as its CEO for 15 years and board chairman since its first round of venture capital funding in 2001 until October 2009. He grew that company into a multi-million dollar industry leader with dozens of large enterprise and government clients. Earlier in his career, Rick created, built and ran several technology enabled service businesses. He was a partner and co-owner of ACI Investments, a commercial brokerage and investment firm; and before that founded InterLink, a database matching service for buyers and sellers of real estate. Rick earned his B.S. in business administration/finance from California State University, Northridge.
In addition to his impeccable business acumen, Rick is also a dedicated community philanthropist. He was recognized as the 2008 Big Brothers Big Sisters Person of the Year. For nearly two decades Rick has worked to generate his community’s involvement and awareness of the mentorship concept.
